Welcome to Prayer First. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Use of the app Prayer First is an iOS app that helps you put God first by temporarily locking selected apps using Apple’s Screen Time / Family Controls until you pray. It also provides guided and AI-assisted prayer, Bible reading, prayer videos, and live prayer rooms. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose. Access to core functionality requires an active subscription.
Accounts Some features (live rooms, praying for other app users in-app, and your online profile) require an account, created by email and password or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others. You can delete your account and its data at any time from within the app (Settings).
Subscriptions and payments The app requires a paid subscription to access its features. Subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Except where required by law or Apple’s policies, purchases are non-refundable.
Live prayer rooms and user content Prayer First includes live prayer rooms and live prayer where users can speak and interact in real time.
Zero-tolerance policy: There is zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexual, illegal, or otherwise harmful content or behaviour. By using these features you agree not to post, transmit, or engage in any such content or behaviour.
Reporting, blocking, and moderation: Users can report objectionable content or behaviour, block other users, and mute participants. We commit to reviewing reports and acting on objectionable content and abusive users within 24 hours. Action may include removing content and suspending or removing users who violate these Terms. You must agree to these Terms before using rooms and other user-interaction features.
We reserve the right to restrict or remove access if the app is used in violation of these Terms.
Age requirement You must be old enough to enter into these Terms in your country. The app is intended for users able to engage with its spiritual purpose. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors.
Prayer and AI content Some prayer and Bible content is generated with the help of AI to support your devotional use. It is provided for inspirational and devotional purposes only and is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or theological advice.
Intellectual property The app, its content, branding (including “Prayer First” and “SNT Motivation / Ronny Mpase”), and prayer videos are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce them without permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
